Level 2 Remote Classroom (online plus weekly tasting sessions) -NP
Mondays, March 21- May 30
This e-learning course includes 10 separate modules and 6 module tests. Please allow for 24-32 hours of work to fully understand all of the materials. Once complete, you will have access to the 60 question online exam.
Students are expected to complete the self-directed online program each week and attend the weekly tasting sessions that will be open to questions and review of online materials.
In this program, you will also have to complete and submit several assignments including tasting reviews plus 2 beer & food assignments.
Please note that you will be asked to taste many different styles on your own.
Topics include : Ingredients, Brewing Processes, Sensory Evaluation, Beer History, Beer Styles, Draught Beer, Category Insights & Trends, Glassware.
