Level 1 Remote November
This hybrid e-learning course includes 8 separate modules and knowledge checks, plus 4 weekly tasting sessions. The weekly sessions will review the course materials and allow for any questions. We will also discuss and taste a variety of beers. Please allow for 6-8 hours of work to fully understand all of the materials. Once complete, you will have access to the online exam.
Topics include : Ingredients, Brewing Processes, Sensory Evaluation, Beer History, Draught Beer, Beer & Food Pairings, Pouring & Serving Standards.
