Who are these classes suited to?
- We have designed the classes for everyone including brewery employees, retail staff, hospitality staff and consumers just want a bit more information about beer
- Each program level has a certificate associated with it. Certificates are printed, signed and stamped and sent out to each graduate. In addition, we provide Prud'homme glassware to each participant.
- Our programs are designed for the classroom and the interaction between instructor and student. We encourage questions and discussions and encourage all participants to further develop their understanding of beer and their sensory experiences.
- We encourage all graduates to incorporate the Level buttons in their email signature or business cards
- We do have a group pricing model for the first 3 Levels and are happy to provide to any company interested in training their staff
- In Level 1, the average consumption of beer amounts to approximately 500ml per person
- In Level 2, the average serving is approximately 1 litre per person
- We hold classes in breweries and our host breweries are located around the country.
